Environmental Affairs

Ensuring every individual in the Carolina community feels safe and healthy where they live, work, and learn through Community Health, Harm Reduction, and Safety and Violence Prevention initiatives.

Creating transparency between the administration and students. Informing the campus community about student government events and projects.
How Our Departments Work
Each department focuses on specific areas of student life and campus improvement. Directors lead teams of dedicated students working on initiatives, events, and advocacy campaigns.
Departments collaborate across student government and with campus partners to maximize impact. All departments report to the Chief of the Cabinet and work closely with the Executive Council.
Students interested in joining a department should reach out to the department director or attend department meetings. All departments welcome new members who want to make a difference.
