About the Department
The Department of Academic Affairs primary focus is helping ensure the academic success of students. The department is focused on bridging the gap between students and professional or academic opportunities. There is also a focus on ensuring students have the tools and sufficient academic spaces to succeed during their time at Carolina.
Current Initiatives
- 24/7 Library Access: Working to create 24-hour library access for students to study and work.
- Academic Opportunities: Publicizing academic and professional opportunities for students to access career development resources.
- Carolina Closet Partnership: Helping the Department of Basic Needs with Carolina Closet to provide professional attire to students.
