Our Mission
The Department of Communications serves as the primary communications hub for UNC Student Government. The department manages all media relations, public messaging, and digital outreach to connect student government initiatives with the broader campus community.
Communications staff coordinate social media accounts across multiple platforms to share updates, promote events, and facilitate dialogue between student government representatives and constituents.
Through these functions, the Department of Communications ensures transparent, accessible communication between student government and the student body while strengthening student government's presence across campus.
